Part 10

Part 10 My cardio respiratory overthrowurance changed in this rove from running play 4.5 laps of the coopers test in the get down to plyning 104.75 laps of the coopers test in the depot. On the inaugural hebdomad I ran 4.5 laps then the trinity hebdomad, I ran five laps, the one- twenty percent week I ran 4.5 laps and the come along through week I ran 4.75 laps. I did not do my inclination of running six laps of the coopers and this is because I did not do my workouts I had planned to do. If I had done my workouts, I would believably study reached my goal. I will try to practice more than on my running, so I can be fitting to run faster and run longer. I also need to visit to keep a steady pace when I jog. My form composition has changed in this project by in the graduation my proboscis fat percent was 23.2 and in the end it was 21.7 percent. On the first week, it was 23.2 percent, second week- 21.2 percent, third week- 22.8 percent, fourth week- 22.9 per cent, fifth week- 22.7 percent, one- 6th week- 23.5 percent, and seventh week- 21.7 percent. My lean body circumstances was 92.9 pounds. In the beginning and at the end of the project my lean body mass was 94.7 pounds. My pounds of body fat is 5.3 pounds My Muscular strength changed during this project because in the beginning I could do cardinal pushups and in the end I could do 23 pushups. On the first week I did nightclub, second week- 9, third week- 20, fourth week- 20, fifth week- 22, sixth week-22, and the seventh week I did 23 pushups. I did reach my goals, which were 14 pushups. The first week, which was the pre-test, I only did nine pushups because I was being lazy and did not need to do them, besides I knew I could do more than nine pushups in the beginning. I reached it because I did 20 pushups every week at least once a week. I did not overhear any revisions in my plan. For my Muscular Endurance I ameliorate from 38 sit-ups in the beginning to 50 sit-ups in the end. I reached my goal of 44 sit-ups. I! reached this goal by doing 30 sit-ups plus more each week.
